FAQs
Here are some common questions that we get from prospective clients.
No, we don't offer one time payments. We prefer to meet your ongoing needs, and not be a one and done service. Think of us as your dedicated church website designer.
Our plans are month to month (or year to year). You can cancel or pause your plan at any time. We definitely would love to see you stay with us for the long haul though!
Design hours are hours that we can design something for you. It includes: new pages, update pictures, updates copy, add a new section, etc. CMS updates like: sermons, events, small groups, etc, are not counted toward design hours.
We would hate to see you leave, but if you choose to cancel or pause your plan, we will unpublish your website. Don't worry though, we keep all of our sites on file if you ever choose to start your plan again.
We only design our church websites in Webflow. Webflow is what we expertise in. Trust us, you will not want a WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix website from us. We're not pros in it. Webflow will be your best option with us.
It depends. If your current site meets our quality standards, we can definitely recreate it on Webflow. If it doesn't, we will be more than happy to build a better site. We do this because we want to make sure all of our sites reflect what our brand is all about—building good church websites.
